Health Concerns:

We make every attempt to sell you only a healthy animal capable of reproducing successfully. If there is anything wrong with that animal we will tell you to the best of our knowledge everything that we know. All animals sold are Vet Checked for health and soundness. Animals sold as bred have been checked by portable ultrasound.. If you wish the animal to be verified bred by a certified technician with ultrasound we can provide that service for an additional fee. If you are buying a bull and wish to have that animal checked for fertility there will be an additional charge.

We Strongly recommend that you have any animal you purchase vet checked for soundness as soon as you can. If Within 30 days of purchase your Vet finds a problem with your newly purchased animal we will take back the animal and replace it with one of the same quality. We must be notified of the problem before the end of that initial 30 days.

After thirty days of purchase, if your vet finds a problem with your animal, we must have a statement from your Vet as to the problem with the animal. We will take into consideration the information provided by your vet as to what we can do with the situation. But can not be held responsible for situations beyond our control.

We can not be held liable for problems arising that comes within the normal risk of buying any breeding animal. We can not be held responsible for losses resulting in a non bred animal. Any fees your vet might charge in checking your animal for soundness or problems that would result in our replacing an animal is solely your responsibility.

We will make every effort to work with you and make you happy. Replacement of an animal is only valid for the above stated reasons. No other promises, guarantees or refunds apply.

Holding An Animal:

Occasionally we are asked to "hold" an animal for future sales...

1. The only way to assure that you get the animal you want is to put down a nonrefundable deposit of $250.00.

2. This deposit goes towards the purchase price of the animal you selected.

3. The deposit will hold your animal for a maximum of 60 days.

4. By the end of 60 days you must pick up the animal, make payment in full, or arrange for financing with us in order for us to continue to hold the animal for you.

5. After 60 days, deposits are forfeited if you do not make other arrangements for financing or have not picked up your animal.
